A closet artist for most of my life, on New Year’s Day, 2017, I started the daily practice of making an artwork and posting it to my Facebook page. This site emerges from that practice and gives me a way to share in a way that sustains both myself and community.
Today, the practice has taught me that art is a verb. Art is an activity necessary for sanity and balance.
Sharing what emerges has been a humbling and exciting exercise in connectivity and a real illustration of teachings I have studied over my adult life: within us each is a glorious, creative, connected life force that delights in play, that delights in expression.
